Wentworth House is ideally situated for touring the beautiful countryside of East Yorkshire and the coast, with all its seaside towns and harbours.

Whilst staying in the area why not take advantage of the beautiful countryside walks, discovering nature and the most rapidly eroding coast in the country!. For the angler there is a wealth of sea and lake fishing. Also within easy reach are many interesting historic towns, churches and stately houses, such as Burton Constable, Burton Agnes, Hedon, Patrington and Beverley Churches

Visit Hornsea Mere  and discover the wildlife at Yorkshire's largest freshwater lake. For the shopper, the Freeport Outlet in the town of Hornsea has a vast range of clothing and gift shops. There are also numerous golf courses just a short drive away. We organise a number of themed breaks, please click on the link to the left for information on the activity of your choice, or see  the section on these. The breaks can be combined so partners can enjoy their individual pastime during the day and meet up later for the 'après' events in the evening.
